Nutritional Reflex Testing

Nutritional reflex testing, (also called Applied Kinesiology, Contact Reflex Analysis, and Brimhall Method) utilizes the body’s acupoints to determine areas of organ insufficiency.  It has been utilized for over 50 years and is a tool to gain more information about the body.  As with any tool, it is as good as the skill of the person using it and it has its strong points and limitations.  With Nurtitional reflex testing, we can often locate areas of dysfunction when a person has had a mystery condition.  It also allows us to locate the underlying reason for a symptom.  For instance, with headaches, it is routine to find and fix the source of a headache, usually within minutes.  Energy loss or fatigue is another situation where this testing is invaluable.  It is great tool in addition to other exam and laboratory testing to get the complete picture of a person’s health.
