OTHER PAIN ISSUES: Most pains throughout the body relieve routinely and rapidly with chiropractic care. Advanced testing techniques allow us to determine whether pain is musculoskeletal or from organs. Even pain from organs is most commonly resolved simply and safely. Pain is expressed through the swithching (Melzack Walls gate) in the spinal cord. By specifically stimulating position sense receptors (proprioceptors) in the spine we can 'reset' the pain transmission thereby reducing and stoping the pain. Occasionally, our exam reveals more complex issues for which referrals to specific providers are required.
