You can be a good fit for this approach regardless of your age, or the length of time you have had this condition. Just ask yourself the three questions below. 

Is Health my top priority?

That means you do you put your self first. Like they say, ‘your health is your wealth’. Are you ready to make yourself the first priority? Because, let’s face it. You can’t really be there for you kids or grand kids if you’ve had a stroke or heart attack. And, heaven forbid,  how can you play with them if you’ve had an amputation or lost your sight? And how can you travel if your stuck on dialysis? I know this sounds grim, but if your health is your top priority, it doesn't have to be that way.

Is health your TOP priority? 
  
Does your spouse, partner or significant other support you 100%? 
You will need your spouse/partner to be on board to make this happen. They need to be willing to make some changes too, to get you healthy, including significant lifestyle and dietary changes. (No you don't have to count calories or fat grams.) We test to see which foods support your health and which you would need to avoid.

Are you ready to make changes now?   

Change only happens with action and that is a choice. Being honest with yourself and making the choice to change starts the pathway to success.  "One can never act tomorrow, one can only act in the now."
